How We Work

Most cybersecurity engagements are labor-constrained: the quality of the output is bounded by how many analyst-hours are available and how consistent those analysts are. Conclave's approach inverts this. We design and deploy automated systems that process data at scale, apply consistent logic to every input, and produce structured outputs that feed directly into downstream workflows — compliance documentation, governance dashboards, detection rules, or procurement deliverables. The human judgment goes into designing and validating the system. The system handles the volume.
Toolchain
Our stack combines open-source tooling and proprietary automation purpose-built for each domain — SBOM generation and correlation, OT network capture and protocol parsing, risk data normalization.
